The Student Involvement and Employment office at UWSP can help simplify the process for parents in the Stevens Point area. Our office is federally funded to help UWSP students locate jobs with people and businesses in the community through a free online job-posting service. In the past, we have posted jobs for housecleaning, yard work, home office filing, moving and more. Almost any one-time employment opportunity can be posted on our site. By utilizing our services, community members not only find the help they need, but they provide students opportunities to gain professional skills and extra income. Best of all, there is no cost to post a job with our office! When hiring a student from UWSP, we encourage people to conduct a thorough screening of applicants, just as they would with any employee or childcare provider.
