Church Council:
The Church Council is the group that sees to the 'mechanics' of
the finances, building, and property of the church.
Christian Education: The Christian Education Ministry team oversees a variety of activities which include our Sunday School program (ages 2 years old through 9th grade), Confirmation, Youth Group, Adult Education, Vacation Bible School, and nursery during worship services. Missions:
Missions - we serve a meal at the Salvation Army Hope Center in Stevens
Point shelter the first Thurs. of the month. Donations of food and money to
cover food costs are needed. The menu and food requests are available in the
church office. This group is also the one which leads the congregation in
special gifts for disaster relief and other immediate needs that arise.
Stewardship:
Stewardship - this group assists the congregation in their understanding of
the 4 'T's' of stewardship: Time, Treasure, Trash and Tissue. Time is the
gift of our time in church ministries and overall volunteerism. Treasure is
the responsible use of our financial resources, Trash deals with issues of
environmental concern. Tissue is the need for people to be donate blood and
be an organ donor.
